We gather here to say our goodbyes.

After searching for it for more than twice the time allowed by their policy, UPS has finally given up looking for the rackmount case of recording gear I shipped home from Boston almost a month ago. Today I submitted proof of value documentation so they can cut me a check from insurance and I can buy new stuff.

This will be the first time that I buy recording gear and don’t thoroughly enjoy it. How sad.
