Tonight I had the privilege of meeting and talking to some very famous, talented, and successful songwriters before seeing them perform some of their original material down by the water at Aloha Tower.

Most of the stories I had to share with them were over a year old, and when I noticed this I realized I hadn’t done nearly enough with music lately. Sure, an EP I recorded for Molly a few years ago is going to be in Paste magazine soon, and Nina came over recently to help try out my new stuff (courtesy of UPS), but the joy of spending time with talented people and helping to bring their creations to life is one I experience considerably less of these days.
