is an exercise we do in my CS/IS Overview class where we review anonymized versions of each others’ resumés (I called myself “The Doctor”) and match experience/qualifications to a given list of positions.

In other words, a perfect opportunity to assess the overall level of the competition, even if they are anonymous. How exciting.
